HP Z6100 Designjet 24:10 error

1st Call 4 Service just phone-cleared 24:10 error for one of my customers.
Customer rang me at 8:00am Monday morning with 24:10 which is broken bag error! leaking pipes or faulty ink cartridge? We asked customer if they had just fitted a new ink cartridge within the last 8 hours? “Yes! Light Magenta.” Advised customer to replace the cartridge and run the broken bag recovery, when the customer took the light magenta out there were signs of a leak from that cartridge.
Customer ran recovery and now back up and running. Customer has requested a service call to check and clean the leak from within the printer which will be done this week!
