All Phoenix HP Designjets undergo a rigorous renewal process and have a full HP one year onsite warranty as standard. They also qualify for the normal HP care pack warranty extensions and upgrades.
There are three grades of HP Designjets available Gold, Silver and Bronze.
Phoenix GOLD – The product has no cosmetic defects. Fully QA tested by qualified engineers, 100% operational, ink cartridges are (minimum of 95% full), print heads and cables included. Packaged suitably for shipping to mainland UK address.
Phoenix SILVER – The product has minor cosmetic defects. Fully QA tested by qualified engineers, 100% operational, ink cartridges are (minimum of 75% full), print heads and cables included. Packaged suitably for shipping to mainland UK address.
Phoenix BRONZE – The product has visible damages but is mechanically perfect. Fully QA tested by qualified engineers, 100% operational, ink cartridges are (minimum of 70% full), print heads and cables included. Packaged suitably for shipping to mainland UK address.
